Whether you are recovering from exercise, managing muscle stiffness or treating a minor injury, simply freeze, microwave or heat the pack in hot water whenever relief is needed.

Product Features:

Suitable for temperatures ranging from −20°C to 80°C. The soft gel filling stays flexible after freezing, making the pack comfortable and easy to position around the arms, legs, shoulders, back and other areas.

How to Use for Cold Therapy:

1. Place the pack in the freezer before use.

2. Medium pack: Freeze for approximately 10–15 minutes.

3. Large pack: Freeze for approximately 15–20 minutes.

4. Wrap the pack in a dry towel before applying it to the affected area.

How to Use for Hot Therapy – Hot Water:

1. Place the pack in hot water at a maximum temperature of 80°C.

2. Heat the medium pack for approximately 10–15 minutes or the large pack for approximately 15–20 minutes.

3. Remove the pack and wrap it in a dry towel.

4. Apply it carefully to the affected area.

How to Use for Hot Therapy – Microwave:

1. Ensure that the gel is evenly distributed inside the pack.

2. Place the pack flat inside the microwave.

3. Heat according to the instructions provided on the product packaging, as heating times vary according to pack size and microwave power.

4. Allow the pack to rest for at least one minute before use.

5. Check the temperature carefully before applying it to the skin.
