Refund policy
Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need inform us of the order number.
To start a return, you can email us at homecareshop@assistedliving.com.sg. Shipping fees for returns are to be borne by the customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned after being used - like wheelchairs, commodes and certain personal care goods (such as hand sanitizers, wipes, adult diapers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When we have received and inspected the goods, we will either send you a new item or give you a store credit for the same amount to be used within 30 days. We can only refund your money if the product is faulty and not are able to replace the product.
Shipping and handling fees are neither refundable nor eligible for merchandise credit.
To return or exchange an item we kindly request you to:
- Request a GRN (GOODS RETURN) number within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to homecareshop@assistedliving.com.sg (Except " Change of Mind" return reason). Please state your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason why (optional).
- If you would like to exchange your item for another size please let us know the to enable us to place the item on hold for you.
- You will receive an email from us with your GRN number as well as full instructions on how to complete the return.
