Position your arm at around waist level, then bend your elbow about 90° so that your arms is across the front of your waist.
Put the strap of the sling around your neck and upper back, then fasten the hook and loop closure to tighten.
Position your arm and your elbows rest in the closed end of the sling. Adjust your arms into comfortable position. Make sure your elbow is resting at the closed end and arm is across the front of your waist.
